If there is one thing that will always make me cringe it is the mention of a car salesman. I hate to admit it, but I have to be honest. What I'm also going to be honest about is this 5 star review for Nick Mann and the team at HiDrive Auto in Leduc. My car was almost out of its warranty period and I wanted something that wasn't associated to my ex. I happened to be in a mutual Facebook group with Nick and we got chatting about cars. From the get go I knew he was different. I was never treated like a number, or a quota, or a commission cheque. Nick felt like family. He took the time to truly listen to everything I wanted (and didn't) in a vehicle and why. When I drove up and saw a saw a Jeep Compass sitting there waiting ... and he ran down the features, the price, and why it was the red one (even though I call it maroon) lol I was ecstatic about it all. Between Nick and Mike, they were able to get the payments manageable, and made sure that everything that was discussed came through. Nick was available almost 24/7 for any of the million questions that I had, and always found an answer quickly. Want to know the best part?? He came from Leduc to St. Albert twice so that I wouldn't have to drive down there when papers needed original signatures, and then a third time to do the final vehicle swap ... I traded in my car for the Jeep. I would recommend Nick (and HiDrive Auto) to anyone as the man to go to to buy a vehicle. He knows his business and vehicles. Thank you again.
